A couple of weeks ago the filming of the new series "Anka from Moldavanka" started in Rostov-on-Don. Yulia Proskuryakova joined the cast of the sequel in a significant role. So far, we only know the name of her character - Lyuba. The director's chair was taken by Vladimir Yanoschuk. Filming of the series “Anka from Moldavanka. Five Years Later ”are held in Rostov-on-Don, Novorossiysk and Moscow. The premiere will take place on the air of Russia 1 TV channel.

The events of the sequel take place in 1982. After her “death”, staged by the Odessa Criminal Investigation Department, Anka settles in Rostov with her husband, police captain Nikolai Vasiliev. But their family life is far from idyllic, and another quarrel pushes Anya to return to her native Odessa. When Nikolai learns that Anya's former lover and accomplice, a recidivist thief Arkady Sotnikov has escaped from the prison, he also leaves Rostov and returns to work at the Odessa UGRO. Vasiliev hopes to save the family and protect his wife in case of danger. But Nikolai does not know that Anka managed to fall in love with another handsome thief Danila and returned to her past criminal life. The heroine finds herself at the epicenter of the confrontation of several forces at once. She is forced to maneuver between Sotnikov, thirsty for revenge, Danila, who is in love with her, and her husband Nikolai, who is still not indifferent to her.
