The series tells the story of a chef who, after being fired from an elite restaurant, finds himself in debt to the Serbian mafia.

Due to his quarrelsome behavior, star chef Mark Levinsky is fired from a top Moscow restaurant. Furthermore, no one in the restaurant business wants anything to do with him. The only way out is to open his own place with aspiring chef Aaron, whom Mark has known since day one, and outshine all the capital's glitz. While searching for investors, the newly minted colleagues find themselves in debt to the Serbian mafia and are now forced to protect themselves and their loved ones.
