On February 23, Channel One will air the first episode, and the Okko and Kino1TV platforms will release the first three episodes of the 10-episode series "10 Stories of Love and Death."
The project is directed by Andrey Golovkov. Starring Vasily Mishchenko, Galina Sazonova, Agniya Kuznetsova, Maxim Pushnenkov, Ilya Leybin, Anatoly Gushchin, Evgeny Kharlanov, Efim Petrunin, Sergey Belov, Kirill Kovbas, Anton Lebedev, Yan Kamashenkov, Andrey Garkunov, Artyom Belousov, and others. The creators of the idea are Konstantin Ernst and Semyon Pegov. The project was created with the support of the Institute for Internet Development and the Russian Ministry of Defense.
Andrey Golovkov, the project's director:
"These '10 Stories' are ten full-length films. More than 200 actors, more than 100 locations, many challenging shifts, and little sleep. My goal as a director is to immerse the viewer, to make them not just observers but participants in those events, so that they can truly experience and experience what's happening. I wanted to do this honestly, for each of us."
The series consists of individual short stories, each telling a unique story.
Episode titles: "A Man with a Book" (Part 1, Part 2), "Tornado," "Duel," "Philharmonic," "Skater," "Housing and Utilities Special Forces," "Blood Relatives," "Andryukha," and "Bambi."
To convey the events as accurately as possible, the project's film crew traveled to the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics. For example, the tank duel scene from the "Duel" episode was filmed at the real Sergei Prokofiev Donetsk Airport, with real gunfire and actual military equipment being used off-screen.
Filming took place in Severodonetsk, Mariupol, and Donetsk. And the filming of sunny Colombia and South Ossetia took place in Abkhazia.
